Okay then. Here are some ideas that came into my mind when I looked at your mew mew. You don't have to take any of it in if you don't want to, but these are just little pointers to reduce your artist block.

I think the large range of colours might have helped you run out of steam there if you look at the original mew mews, they have a colour limit of about 2 colours or something like that

At the moment I'm just looking at your mew Mew image, maybe you could give the leg warmers the same colour style as the gloves and the shoulder stuff. I think you should keep the gloves and shoes black/dark grey still, as she has mountain goat DNA, it would be cool to make it black to look like hooves, if the hooves are black. This would connect it more to the animal side of her.

As for the skirt.. um.. the blue really stands out. Maybe it would go well with the leg warmer design I suggested earlier, so you can leave it, or change it to a brown to make it more even. I do notice that I'm contradicting myself with the Mew Konoiai picture, but I balanced out the green with a white/brown fur lining so the green didn't stand out as much. I'm fine with the top though. Pink goes well with brown I think


Now I'm looking at images of mountain goats and avacados.

well a lot of mountain goats seem to be white, though some are black and brown and remind me of your mew mew. Maybe compare your mew mew to pics of mountain goats and avocados and seem if you can see any connection between them myabe take some ideas from the colours of the avocados.

I actually think the giant seed could be a nice feature of Mew Avocado. It's practically unmissable XD maybe she could use it as her attack, pelt the enemies with avocado seeds. Or maybe it could reflect her personality; maybe not much of a violent person most of the time but when angered, you'd better watch out cos she can give a ruddy good kick.

those are some ideas, I hope they reduce your art block in some way. You don't have to follow them, I'm just telling you one of my methods in character designing
