Alright been waiting to talk about this one. So when I started this arc I was going to have billy going around and fix everyone to show how even when he has very little warning he's still incredibly smart and intuitive but gets distracted easily. But as it came to writing what happened was a different idea, what if due to Billy being distracted by his other project by the time he gets to each person they are already, or more the people around them, solving their problem themselves except not as cleanly as a billy wound have with his formula...of course since billy was distracted even HE forgot to treat himself, and further more due to how far apart everyone was instead of staying around to make sure the solution presented was the best one as long as it seemed good enough he moved on.
Billy is smart but not the most focused person in the world.
